The F2 is built for personalisation, not cutting. Its galvo head steers the beam with mirrors instead of moving a gantry, so engraving a logo on a steel tumbler or a leather keyring takes seconds.
The two lasers are the point. Infrared marks metals and many plastics with high contrast; the 15 W diode handles wood, leather and card. The 50 MP camera shows exactly where the design will land, which cuts down on ruined blanks.
Choose the S1 instead if you want to cut sheets of plywood. The F2’s work area is far smaller, and it is not designed for cutting.
